- 0,15 ml par kilo de poids corporel. Adaptez la portion en fonction du poids corporel. Adultes avec poids corporel 50 kg : 7,5 ml par jour. Adultes avec poids corporel 80 kg : 12 ml par jour. Ne pas dépasser la dose quotidienne recommandée. Un complément alimentaire ne doit pas remplacer une alimentation variée et équilibrée ainsi qu’un mode de vie sain.
