Dosage recommandé: Consommer toujours 5 g (1 mesurette) aux choix mélangés à de la nourriture au cours d’un repas ou dilués dans une boisson, de préférence aussi bien avant qu’après l’entrainement. Les jours sans entrainement, le matin au lever ainsi que le soir au coucher. Complément alimentaire sous forme de poudre fortement dosée en L-Glutamine. Ce produit n’est pas destiné à une alimentation à long terme et ne devrait pas être utilisé comme produit de remplacement pour une alimentation équilibrée et variée, ni pour un régime sain. À conserver hors de la portée des enfants. Conservé fermé, au frais et au sec, à consommer de préférence avant fin/n° de lot: voir fond de la boîte. Usage unique directement après l‘ouverture. Protéger de la chaleur directe et du rayonnement solaire.
