Adultes : 3 x 1 cuillère à soupe par jour (45ml). Enfants à partir de 12 ans : 3 x 1 cuillère à café par jour (15ml). A diluer dans un verre d’eau. Bien secouer avant l’emploi. Conserver au frais après ouverture. Ce complément alimentaire doit être utilisé dans le cadre d’une alimentation variée et équilibrée et d’un mode de vie sain. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. Tenir hors de portée des jeunes enfants. Ne pas utiliser au cours de la grossesse ou de l'allaitement.
