Soit 2 gélules avant chacun des 3 repas principaux à prendre avec 1 à 2 verres d’eau, et dans le cadre d’un régime hypocalorique. Risque de suffocation en cas de difficultés de déglutition ou en cas d’ingestion avec un fluide inadéquat. Il est conseillé de consommer ce produit avec beaucoup d’eau pour garantir l’ingestion de la substance jusqu’à l’estomac.
