Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. Un complément alimentaire ne doit pas se substituer à un régime varié et équilibré et à un mode de vie sain. Tenir hors de la portée des jeunes enfants. Ne pas utiliser chez la femme enceinte ou allaitante ni chez l'enfant. En cas de prise d’autre traitement ou de maladie hormonodépendante, consultez votre médecin. Conserver dans un endroit frais et sec (<25°C) dans son contenant d'origine afin de protéger de l'humidité. Bien refermer le contenant après chaque ouverture.
