Ne pas dépasser la dose recommandée. Il est conseillé de consommer ce complément dans le cadre d’une alimentation variée et équilibrée et d’un mode de vie sain. À tenir hors de la portée des jeunes enfants. L’emploi est déconseillé aux enfants de moins de 12 ans, aux femmes enceintes et allaitantes. La curcumine possède des effets inhibiteurs sur l’agrégation plaquettaire. Elle est déconseillée aux personnes sous anticoagulants. De manière générale, il est recommandé d’inviter les femmes enceintes et allaitantes à prendre l’attache d’un professionnel de santé avant toute complémentation (vitamines & minéraux). Déconseillé aux fumeurs (Bétacarotène)- Les personnes prenant des médicaments ne devraient consommer le produit que sous contrôle médical en raison de la présence de trans-resvératrol.
