Ce complément alimentaire ne doit pas se substituer à une alimentation variée, équilibrée et à un mode de vie sain. Tenir hors de portée des enfants. Conserver à l’abri de la chaleur dans un endroit propre et sec. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. Enfants de moins de 10 ans : 200 mg – Adolescents : 500 mg. La supplémentation en vitamines des nourrissons (0-1 an) et des enfants en bas âge (1-3 ans) fait l’objet d’un encadrement médical. Tout apport supplémentaire, sans encadrement par un professionnel de santé, présente des risques pour la santé de cette population.
