Directions for use
Prendre 1 à 3 portions par jour. Ajoutez 6g* de Bonjour dans une tasse et versez 60 ml d’eau chaude (80°). Remuez à l’aide d’une cuillère jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit homogène. Complétez votre tasse avec 190 ml d’eau chaude ou froide.
