Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. Les compléments alimentaires ne doivent pas se substituer à une alimentation variée, équilibrée et un mode de vie sain. Ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 5 ans et aux femmes enceintes ou qui allaitent. Ce produit n'est pas destiné aux personnes qui n'ont pas besoin de contrôler leur taux de cholestérol sanguin. Les patients qui prennent des médicaments pour réduire le taux de cholestérol ne doivent utiliser ce produit que sous surveillance médicale. Ce produit doit être utilisé dans le cadre d'une alimentation équilibrée et variée, incluant la consommation régulière de fruits et légumes pour aider à maintenir les niveaux de caroténoïdes. Il faut éviter de consommer plus de 3 g de stérols végétaux supplémentaires par jour.
