Déconseillé en cas d’allergie à d’autres plantes de la famille des Apiaceae telles que fenouil, céleri, anis, coriandre, ainsi qu’au pollen de bouleau, d’armoise, à l’anéthole ou à l’absinthe. Déconseillé en cas d’allergie au menthol. Déconseillé en cas de reflux gastro-œsophagien, d’ulcère gastro-duodénal, de gastrite ou de troubles biliaires ou hépatiques.
