Déconseillé en cas d’ulcère ou d’inflammation du tractus digestif, d’obstruction biliaire ou d’autres troubles de la fonction biliaire, d’insuffisance cardiaque ou rénale oedémateuses, d’allergie connue à l’Eucalyptus ou au 1,8-cinéole, d’allergie aux dérivés salicylés et d’intolérance aux anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens.
