- Take one capsule of Iron Complex daily. Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach (one hour before or two hours after meals) with a glass of water. Avoid taking it with tea or co ee, as they may reduce absorption. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
