- Prendre 5g de poudre, soit l’équivalent de 2 cuillères à café rases par jour. À prendre de préférence durant et/ou après l’entraînement ou le soir. À diluer directement dans votre shaker, contenant 150 ml d’eau, de jus, ou dans un grand verre d’eau ou bien en smoothie. Secouez le shaker 30 secondes jusqu’à la bonne dissolution de la poudre.
