- Directions for use
- Shake before use. For first use, press the pump several times to activate it. Spray directly into the mouth, preferably onto the inside of the cheek. Hold for 20 seconds before swallowing. Use within two months after opening. Store in a cool, dry and dark place at up to 25°C.

Keep out of reach of children! Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a well-balanced and diverse diet. Do not use in case of allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant women and breastfeeding women. Individuals taking medication should consult with doctor. Melatonin is recommended for occasional use only. It is not recommended to drive or operate machinery for at least five hours after taking melatonin. Melatonin should not be taken with synthetic or natural substances that have sedative or hypnotic effects.
