Prendre 1 à 2 cuillères doseuses (1 à 2 g par jour), à mélanger avec un verre d’eau ou de jus de fruit. Refermer immédiatement après usage. Ne pas laisser le pot ouvert. Conserver à l’abri de l’humidité et de la chaleur. Ne pas laisser dans une pièce humide ou sujette à la condensation (salle de bain, cuisine). Ne pas dépasser 2 mois d’utilisation après ouverture.
