Ajoutez le contenu du sachet à environ 100 ml (un demi-verre) d’eau tiède ou de lait, remuez et laissez reposer pendant 1 minute, puis remuez à nouveau délicatement avant de boire. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalières recommandée.
