- ouvrir le stick poudre dans un petit verre, ajouter ensuite 20 ml d’eau (2 cuillères à soupe environ) (non gazeuse, à température ambiante) et mélanger avec une cuillère jusqu’à dissolution complète de la poudre (la préparation devient limpide et homogène après 30 secondes). Verser la préparation obtenue directement dans la bouche et la garder 30 secondes environ au contact des muqueuses puis avaler.
