- Mélanger 1 dose (33 g = 1/2 dose) de produit avec 500 ml d’eau à l’aide d’un flacon mélangeur. Utiliser une balance pour une mesure précise. Consommer 1 dose pendant l’entraînement. Vous pouvez la consommer 30 à 60 minutes avant ou immédiatement après. Consommer 1 dose par jour. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée.
