Complément alimentaire réservé à l’adulte. Doit être consommé dans le cadre d’une alimentation variée et équilibrée et d’un mode de vie sain. Tenir hors de portée des jeunes enfants. Un délai d'au moins 2 heures doit être respecté entre la prise d'argile verte et celle des médicaments. Déconseillé chez les femmes enceintes, les personnes immunodéprimées et au cours de l’allaitement. Ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. La prise d’un stick orodispersible sans eau ne dispense pas d’assurer un apport hydrique en quantité suffisante adapté aux besoins de l’individu.
