1 sachet à 2 sachets par jour selon les besoins. Prendre chaque sachet 30 minutes avant l’un des principaux repas. A dissoudre dans un verre d’eau (200 ml) jusqu’à complète homogénéisation. Ne pas consommer les deux sachets en même temps.
