- La dose journalière est 1,75 g de poudre dans 400 ml d’eau ou de tout autre liquide de votre choix. Pour une mesure précise, utilisez une balance et mélangez les ingrédients dans un flacon mélangeur. La boisson préparée doit être consommée en 5 portions égales; ainsi, une portion correspond à 0,35 g de poudre + 80 ml d’eau. Les portions doivent être consommées à intervalles de 2 heures. Ne dépassez pas la dose journalière recommandée! Bien agiter avant consommation! Consommez la boisson préparée le jour même.
