- Prendre 1 stick par jour pendant une durée minimum de 3 mois et répéter ce schéma périodiquement pour l'entretien de la peau, des cheveux et des ongles. Diluer la poudre dans un verre de 250 ml d'eau, jus, lait, infusion, thé, etc. Pour une meilleure dissolution, versez d'abord le contenu du stick dans un verre et ajoutez le liquide lentement en remuant avec une cuillère.
