- De 12 à 17 ans : 1 sachet par jour. Adultes : 1 à 2 sachets par jour.
- Directions for use
- Avant le petit déjeuner, verser le contenu d'1 ou 2 sachets (selon votre inconfort) dans un grand verre et ajouter environ 200 ml d'eau. Agiter jusqu'à l'obtention d'une suspension homogène. Après amélioration, il est possible de prendre un sachet tous les 2 jours. Si votre constipation occasionnelle persiste au-delà de 5 jours, consultez votre médecin.
