L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-hisitidine, L-methionine, and L-threonine are essential amino acids involved in protein synthesis; assist in the building of lean muscle mass when combined with regular weight training and a healthy balanced diet. L-leucine, L-valine, and L-isoleucine are branched chain amino acids involved in protein synthesis. Glutamine , tyrosine and arginine are amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis. Helps to temporarily relieve fatigue, promote endurance, and enhance motor performance when taken occasionally. Helps to temporarily promote alertness and wakefulness, and to enhance cognitive performance when taken occasionally.

Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite, and consult a health care practitioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).

- Précautions et mises en garde
Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium, or if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome), liver disorder, or an iron deficiency. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep.
