Unter Bedingungen zugelassen Es gibt kein allgemeines Verbot von Aluminiumsalzen in Deodorants. Die Verordnung vom 27. April 2026 ergänzt III/381: 7,73 % als Aluminium für Antitranspirantien oder Deodorants ohne Aerosol und 3,24 % für Aerosole, mit Fristen 2027 und 2028. [1] [2]
Rechtlicher Status
III/381 ersetzt III/50 für Aluminium-Zirconium-Komplexe nicht. Ausgenommen sind auch III/34, 189, 190, 192; IV/117, 118, 119, 121, 131, 150; V/61 und VI/27a. Die Ausnahme von der neuen Grenze bedeutet keine Regelfreiheit. [1] [3]

März 2024 weist der SCCSWissenschaftlicher Ausschuss für Verbrauchersicherheit der EU: Er bewertet kosmetische Inhaltsstoffe. darauf hin, dass die Gesamtexposition aus Kosmetika und Lebensmitteln bei höchster Exposition Referenzwerte überschreiten kann. Das beschreibt keine Dosis eines einzelnen Produkts. [4]
Beschränkungen und Verwendungsbedingungen
Für III/381 dürfen nicht konforme Produkte ab 1. Januar 2027 nicht mehr in Verkehr gebracht und ab 1. Juli 2028 nicht mehr bereitgestellt werden. [1]
Anhang III, Nr. 50 : Aluminium-Zirconium-Komplexe in Antitranspirantien: 20 % als wasserfreies Chloridhydroxid und 5,4 % als Zirconium; Verhältnis Al/Zr 2 bis 10 und (Al+Zr)/Cl 0,9 bis 2,1. Keine Aerosole. Nicht auf gereizter oder geschädigter Haut anwenden. [3]
