Cautions and Warnings : Contains hydroquinone. Contains sodium metabisulfite, a sulfite that may cause serious allergic type reactions (e.g. hives, itching, wheezing anaphylaxis, severe asthma attacks) in certain susceptible persons. This product may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Sun exposure should be avoided indefinitely by using a sunscreen agent, a sun block agent, or protective clothing to cover the bleached skin in order to prevent darkening from reoccurring. Do not use near eyes or mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water and contact a physician. Do not apply over sunburn or on broken, cracked, irritated or inflamed skin. For external use only. If swallowed, get medical help or contact poison control centre right away. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you intend to become pregnant within 3 months of use. If you have a family history of, have, have had or are at risk of developing cancer, do not use. Do not use if you are allergic to hydroquinone or peroxide. If an allergic reaction occurs consult a health care practitioner and discontinue use. Do not use on children under 18 (unless directed by a physician). To be used only on the advice of a physician. The physician should be familiar with the contents of this insert/label before prescribing or dispensing this product. Close patient supervision is recommended. A mild transient stinging or minor redness may occur in people with sensitive skin. Discontinue use and consult a doctor in case of irritation, rash, excessive inflammatory response or if gradual blue-black darkening of the skin occurs. Keep out of reach of children.Fuente
