The physician should be familiar with the contents of this insert before prescribing or dispensing this product. Close patient supervision is recommended. Do not use this product if you are nursing, pregnant or if you intend to become pregnant within three months of use. If you have a family history of, have or have had or are at risk of developing cancer, do not use. Do not use near eyes, mucous membranes, or on sunburn,
inflamed, broken or irritated skin. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and contact a physician. Test for sensitivity. Apply only to small skin surfaces areas. Discontinue use and consult a physician in case of skin reactions such as irritation, rash, excessive inflammatory response or a blue-black darkening of the skin. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical assistance or Poison Control Center immediately. Not for use on children under 18 years of age. Keep out of reach of

Contra-Indications : The safety of topical hydroquinone use during pregnancy or for children 18 years old or less has not been established. Do not use this product if you have used it or any of its ingredients before and skin sensitivity or irritation has occurred. Hydroquinone is a skin bleaching agent which may produce unwanted cosmetic effects if not used as directed. Depigmentation (lightening) effect of this product may not be noticeable when used on very dark skin. A bitter taste and anesthetic effect may occur if applied to the lips. Sunscreen use is an essential aspect of hydroquinone therapy because even minimal sunlight exposure may cause skin re-darkening. Treatment should be limited to relatively small areas of the body at
