Known Adverse Reactions : SYSTEM AC If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention. Loose stools, flatulence, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort have been reported. SYSTEM IS Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea have been known to occur; in which case discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner). Headache, heartburn and bloating have been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. SYSTEM FMF Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.

Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. SYSTEM FMF Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family, if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhea, if you have difficulty swallowing diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate, are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative products.

Cautions and Warnings : SYSTEM AC Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder and/or diabetes, have an iron deficiency, have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice), or if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. SYSTEM IS Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder and/or diabetes, if you have an allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach and tomato), if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agent/blood thinners, anti-inflammatory agents or are having surgery, if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you are taking antibiotics, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have anaemia or gallstones. If you have liver or gall bladder diseases, and/or intestinal obstruction, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. SYSTEM FMF Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, and/or diarrhoea. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac medications such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications or medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opiods, loperamide), if you have blood pressure problem, or a kidney disorder. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (as these could be signs of abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, diseases of the oesophagus and/or the superior opening of the stomach (cardia), potential or existing intestinal blockage, paralysis of the intestine, megacolon, faecal impaction, inflamed bowel or appendicitis). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
