Cautions and Warnings : For external use only. Use only on the advice of a physician. The physician should be familiar with the contents of this insert/label before prescribing or dispensing this product. Close patient supervision is recommended. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under 18 years of age. Use only as directed. Do not use this product if you are nursing, pregnant or if you intend to become pregnant within three months of use. If you have a family history of, have or have had or are at risk of developing cancer, do not use. A mild transient stinging may occur for people with sensitive skin. Do not use on broken, sunburn, inflamed, or irritated skin or near eyes or lips. Discontinue use in case of irritation, rash, excessive inflammatory response or if a gradual blue-black darkening of the skin (exogenous ochronosis) occurs. Minor redness is acceptable, but where there is excessive irritation, a rash or other reaction, further treatment is not advised. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and contact a physician. Hydroquinone is a skin bleaching agent which may produce unwanted cosmetic effects if not used as directed. Contains Sodium Metabisulfite, a sulfite that may cause allergic-type reactions (hives, itching, wheezing, anaphylaxis, severe asthma attacks) in certain susceptible persons.Fonte
