La norma en Francia

La dosis máxima por complemento que fijaba la orden de 9 de mayo de 2006 fue anulada por el Conseil d'État en 2011: hoy no se aplica en Francia ningún límite numérico fijado por una orden para este nutriente. El fabricante sigue siendo responsable de la seguridad de su producto.

Dosis máxima en Francia

La Orden de 9 de mayo de 2006 fijaba una dosis diaria máxima de 3 µg por producto. El Consejo de Estado anuló esta dosis el 27 de abril de 2011 (decisión n.º 295235): ya no es aplicable.
